Catawba Springs Massage provides continuing education courses designed for licensed massage therapists seeking to enhance clinical knowledge and professional skills. Courses are delivered in accordance with recognized continuing education standards.
Catawba Springs Massage is an approved continuing education provider through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). Course completion certificates will reflect the number of continuing education hours earned.
Participants are responsible for confirming that continuing education hours are accepted by their individual state licensing board.

For states that utilize CE Broker to track continuing education compliance, course completions will be reported according to CE Broker requirements.
States currently using CE Broker include, but are not limited to:
Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Michigan, and Ohio.
Participants licensed in CE Broker states must provide their license number and licensing state at the time of registration to ensure accurate reporting.
Course completions are typically reported within 30 business days after successful completion. Participants are responsible for verifying that their credits appear correctly in their CE Broker account.
To receive continuing education credit, participants must:
• Attend the full scheduled course hours
• Participate in required course activities
• Complete any required assessments or evaluations
• Follow attendance verification procedures
Partial attendance may result in reduced credit or no credit, depending on regulatory requirements.
Certificates of completion will be issued once all course requirements have been met.
Participants must attend 100% of scheduled course hours in order to receive continuing education credit.
Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late or leaving early may not receive CE credit.
Missed course hours cannot be made up after the course session has ended.
Some courses include hands-on practice components where participants may both give and receive bodywork techniques. Professional draping and conduct will always be maintained.
Participants may opt out of receiving bodywork but must still participate in required learning activities.
Participants with injuries or medical conditions should notify the instructor before the course begins.
Participants may cancel their course registration up to 7 days prior to the course date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the course may receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future course.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the course start time or failure to attend are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
Registrations may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.
Catawba Springs Massage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by the provider, participants will receive the option of:
• A full refund
• Transfer to a future course date
Refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy above and will be processed using the original method of payment when possible.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment processor.
No refunds will be issued once a course has been fully attended or after course materials have been accessed for online programs.
Catawba Springs Massage is committed to maintaining a professional educational environment.
Participants with concerns regarding course content, instruction, facilities, or policies are encouraged to first discuss the issue with the instructor. If the concern cannot be resolved, a written complaint may be submitted within 10 days of the course date. A response will be provided within 14 business days.
